Problems with Credit Card Payments

You will need to follow the instructions below carefully to ensure your payment goes through.

Trouble with registration often happens when the CVV code or the billing postal code of your credit card are incorrect. Please make sure that the postal code used when paying for the session is the same as your billing address of your credit card or your payment will not go through. Additionally, if your card is declined multiple times you will need to call your bank or credit card for your account details.

CVV Code:

The CVV Number is a 3 digit number on the back of your VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® credit and debit cards. On your American Express® credit or debit card it is a 4 digit numeric code on the front of the card.

Billing Postal Code and Name:

In order for the transaction to be complete, the billing postal code for your credit or debit card must be the same as it is on your bank statement. This would include PO Boxes, etc.

In addition, the name on the credit or debit card must match the name of the billing credit or debit card.

Please note that you must type your CC# as DIGITS ONLY, ie:

1234567890123456

If you leave spaces in the credit card number, your information will not be processed.

Please verify that there are enough funds in the account to cover the cost of the course.
