How to sign up for the Quality Improvement Course

If your Uber account has been deactivated then you must sign up for the Quality Improvement course and pass the test to be eligible for reactivation.

Here are the instructions for signing up for the Quality Improvement Course:

1. First, make sure you are logged in on the 7X7 Experience courses site: click here to check if you are logged in.

If you need to create your account with 7X7 Experience, see these instructions.

2. You can sign up for a course by clicking the menu option for "Courses." Please note that if you are using a smartphone to view the site, you might need to click the button with three lines on it to expand the menu options.

3. Make sure the name and zip code match the name and zip code of your credit card.

4. Select your credit card type and enter your credit card details. Please be very careful when entering the card number, the CVV, and the expiration, as incorrect information may lead to a delay in signing up. Please note that you must type your credit card number as digits only. If you leave spaces in the credit card number, your information will not be processed.

5. You may instead pay using Paypal or Affirm.

If you select Paypal or Affirm to pay, the payment screen will appear after you hit the "sign up" button.

6. If you have been given a promotion code, you can enter it before paying and select "apply" for the code to work. If you have not been given a promotion code, you do not need to enter anything in the box.

7. Read through the Terms and Conditions. If you accept them, check the box.

8. You must acknowledge that there are no refunds in order to take one of our courses. If you agree to our refund policy, check the box.

9. Click Sign Up!

You will receive an emailed confirmation of your subscription when you have successfully signed up. Please search your email for "7X7 Experience Course Confirmation" to find it.
