How long does it take for Uber to process the results from my passing Quality Improvement course?

Once you have passed the test, you can submit a screenshot or photo of your certificate to Uber.


Typically passing the course leads to reactivation, but any account changes are up to Uber's discretion. It may take Uber at least 2 business days to respond to any certificate submissions.

We recommend taking a screenshot of the certificate. While we send the certificates as PDFs, they need to be submitted in an image format like .png or .jpeg.


Please send your certificate to Uber by doing the following:


1. Go to https://help.uber.com/driving-and-delivering/article/reactivate-account-after-7x7-course?nodeId=4b81c635-caef-4dcc-9ae2-e7a34432e117

2. If you need to, log in using your Uber Driver information.

3. Follow the instructions to submit your certificate.


You can also submit your request by tapping “Help” in the Uber app.


* You will need to contact Uber directly if you have additional questions about your account status.


If you do not have your certificate, please check your email and junk mail, or search for "certificatehistory@7x7experience.com" to find the email.
