How many times can I take the test? It says I'm at the maximum
If you are deactivated with Uber and taking the Quality Improvement Course for reactivation, you will need to take the test again and pass with a score of 11 or higher in order for Uber to consider changing the status of your account.
You can take the test a maximum of 2 times a day before your subscription ends, and you must take it every time from the link in the 7X7 site, or your results will not be recorded. This is a good opportunity to rewatch the videos and study!
Make sure to take your time with each question, and think about what we said during each video. The test is only on topics covered during the videos.
Remember you can watch the videos again while taking the test, just make sure to open the videos in a separate tab.
You do not need to answer every question correctly but we cannot tell you which ones you got wrong so please be careful.
Please log back into the course and retake your test after reviewing the material.
