If you are having trouble viewing the videos you will need to carefully try the following step by step until your videos play:
1. First, check that you have a good connection to the internet. You will need a strong WiFi connection.
2. The videos are designed to work specifically with Chrome and Safari. However, many users who experience video issues report that switching browsers helps. We recommend trying Firefox, which you can download on a phone, tablet, or laptop or desktop computer: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
3. If you are using cell phone data to take the course, make sure you have enough data usage left in your plan to watch all the videos, and that you have a good signal.
4. Try reloading the site, using the "refresh" button. It would also be effective to close your browser tabs and try logging again.
5. If the videos still do not play, try changing devices. If you are using a phone, try a laptop or desktop for example.
If that does not work, check the settings on your browser to make sure that third party cookies are enabled.
